Should we stop saying "we aren't Jesus, he was perfect, we are not perfect"? Does that make it sound like we are giving ourselves an excuse to not strive to be Christ like and excuse our sins?
I would think if we stopped saying "I'm not perfect" and saying, I strive to be more like Christ daily, that would change our mindset instead of an excuse, "I'm not perfect".
