Losing Respect for My Lead Pastor

Questions:
- Hebrews 13:17 tells us to obey our leaders and submit to them, as they are keeping watch over our souls. It also commands us to do this in order that the leader(s) over us may be able to lead joyfully. These are direct commands to believers in a church who are under pastoral/eldership authority. So If a member of our church sees something he/she does not agree with being done by one or more of the church leaders, how do our church leaders prefer they approach leadership about said issue in order to not violate the command to A: Be submissive, and B: allow the church leader to still be joyful in their leadership role, so it doesn't seem like we are just bashing someone or complaining about something?

- If Paul were to write a letter to Wells Branch Community Church today- the church, not the individual pastors - what do you think the purpose and main themes of the letter would be?
